It is for Nintendo64. I only played it once and it was cool.

I used to have a VW 'vigilante' bus. It was primer gray and black, wood boards for bumpers, and I had my spare 'road rage' bumper tire bolted on the front. Then I would play the James Bond theme song and drive around looking for someone to mess with me.
