OK I have a major problem with the sound. When I first played, I wasn't sure, but now I know. All sounds except the background noises will NOT play. I even went and checked the mp3 files but they make no sound. I need help...

Sure your computer has the right sound card selected?? Right click on My Computer, properties and then click on the device manager tab. Check the correct sound card is there and there are no conflicts etc. This happened with me and I had two sound Cards in device manager for some reason. Only some sound would work, but most wouldnt. If there are two, disable the wrong one.
