Yeah, its dangerous if you go to Moss Side or Soho or something, whip out the latest Nokia and start calling people on it and talking really loudly. If not, you should be ok.
(In actual fact, a law was passed recently, I read about it - anyone who steals a phone would normally have been fined and community service or something, but now they can be imprisoned for like 5 years. Its a good detterent.)

Yeah. That law was passed a few months ago (might've been about March-time. I can't really remember) and someone broke it the next day. Stupid people.
