I all ways forget that most of the people in the Adventure Game Community are Europeans. Why is that? Is it becasue us Americans like Fast pased shooters more? I play Day of Defeat and Unreal Turnoment but I'd take Monkey Island any day of the week. I wish more of my friend ageed most of them play RPG and would never touch a real Adventure game. One guy said Reident EVil was an Adventurer Game!

Any way does any one Watch Reboot? I mean its cool as all hell and its made in Canada! (Canami?) If you get Cartoon Network you should devently watch it!

Oooohh yeah I forgot about Spaced! They don't show it anymore on Dutch TV but it was hilarious!!!

Coupling is in the same league as Spaced. How can you not know it, it's a BBC show. Or was it called Coupled? No, I'm pretty sure it's Coupling. It's about a bunch of people, 2 of them are a couple, the others are their friends. The jokes are often about their sex-life and relations, and many episodes end with a mix-up / prank / accident / whatever with their mobile phones.

Nah... Spaced is well better Couplings as Couplings is full of women trying to make jokes. Plus the Army loving weirdo from Spaced looks like a caretaker at my old school.

I've only seen 2 or 3 episodes of Spaced. (I remember the pilot, and the one where they go clubbing...)
I've seen more of Coupling, so that's why :)

Isn't there some server where I can download Spaced as DivX?? I don't understand why it's not on Dutch TV anymore :( :(

You know, I never considered this. I always saw it as a cheap and superficial attempt to be Star wars. But "for its time" is appropriate. We had nothing like it in the late 70s. I see the wisdom of appreciating it on that level. It willl never be a favorite, but it DOES have the merit of being the first.

I watch:

Futurama -- it has its moments
The Simpsons -- still the best satire of American values
Malcolm in the Middle -- Always unpredictable
Undeclared -- A strong "up and comer"
South Park -- Charming Political Incorrectness
Enterprise -- Because I am (after all these years) a Trekkie

re-runs:
Babylon 5 -- for the same reasons you mentioned (and better than any Trek series)
Seinfeld -- always examined what TV has ignored i.e. masturbation, body odor, pointless revenge, etc.
Monty Python and Black Adder --my favorite BBC productions
...and almost anything on The Discovery Channel in between these
whew, you'd think I have no life at all

Damn, not one person said NYPD blue.

That is a great show, try not to miss it. Tuesdays at 9pm..
Also I like Law & Order(and most of the take offs) and that might be it.

I think most of the new series are stupid or just plain lame, Fraiser is good though.

I also like ESPN sports center. Rich Isen(sp), Kenny Mayne amd Stuart Scott are hillarious.

You can tell I'm over 30 huh? ;)

Ah yes...I have all KS films and, of course, Clerks: Animated on DVD...Brilliant stuff. I didn't mention it because it doesn't really play on TV anymore. 6 episodes made and only 2 aired... a travesty.

I'm glad someone mentioned it...that show deserves mention.
