The Galactic Senate should have a Spokeperson for the Senate. THat way it would save the Senator time and would involve more people in the politics. The Spokeperson will be present at the meetings but dont have a voice and will write down what has happen and put down "laws", "rules" and "special Events" Just an idea... Consider it.

The "Laws" and "rules" will be recorded on the forum for the public to see. This forum will be closed to the public once the voting is done or they will set up a secret forum like the mod forum...
