err... i'm slightly sick of Aoe and highly anticipate playing with SW units in GB

definitely GB, each of the civs have their own units different from the other civs... in aoe all the units, champion, paladin, trebuchets are all the same

and the buildings are all designed specially for each civ, unlike aoe where a few civs share a the same building design.

and importantly... the JEDI!! now that's happening, would definitely influence gameplay a great deal. I love the jedi/sith forces

Heh, it depends. If I am forced to do history homework*, then AoK, but if I read a science book then I would choose GB because it is sci-fi.:D

*Homework sucks!

yesterday i played both in multiplayer. but i can't compare the two right now because the AOK-experience was better because the game was more complete. I do get a better kick out of the SW-feel..

well if the two games came out at the same time AOC would win easly why: because AOC has more lastability, and about wat somone said about different units for differnt civs, well u r kind of wrong, they may look different which is a + but they have the same stats.:D

I think, if you had any idea, you would realise that every unit in the game is just about completely different.

At first glance, yes each civ's standard trooper is the same (with some not being able to to get repeater troopers etc. ) But for the more educated, if you study the tech tree it is plainly obivious that a wookie trooper, has all the upgrades (basically) and thus makes it strong, whilst the naboo trooper, following the same line from recuit to trooper, gets vitually no upgrades, making the unit weak and crap.

So all the units DO start the same, but once you begin play, and upgrading they are vastly different.

Fool..

And why does AOK have more lastability? It is indeed the same as GB only with less features.

I have a feeling that the tech trees in the demos aren't complete yet. i have a feeling that they will add more units and change HPs and Attacks;)
