I'm doing an academic project, but I don't know how to interact with the .bif archives and .key file. Could someone help me with this, preferably since I want to do it in Perl.

I was also wondering if this (http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/KEY_BIF_V1.1_format) is accurate pertaining to Kotor/Tsl?

Thanks for any help you guys provide. Yes, I am planning a toolkit, but it'll have several other features that aren't available now.
