I've started preparing to "reboot" a somewhat large, involved mod that's made it relatively close to completion a few times but never reached a point where it was fit for public consumption. I'm going to do my best to avoid past pitfalls, and part of that will likely involve better record keeping.

Does anyone have any advice on keeping a project changelog? I'd rather not have to resort to one gigantic text file.
