Hey I'm confused as to how I can change the files to things like 2da and tsl patcher. Is there a application that helps me? I can make the mods in kotor tool but the mod comes out as xml/uti files.
What kind of mod are you making and what is in it?
If it's a simple item mod, then you don't need .2da's or a TSLPatcher installer. Just drop the .uti in your Override and cheat/KSE it in.
