The one in the screenshots above. Kashyyyk Boardwalks, mainly used for the Sith to relax on during their patrol breaks.

In the usual Star Wars tradition, 6 chapters/parts/episodes (excluding the introduction). Depending if I'm able to fit everything into 6 episodes, it will more likely be about 4. I'm aiming for 6 though.

Hey,

I have not played the mod yet, but i like that you seem to be building it so players will go from planet from planet in a certain order that allows you to have events on one planet posssible show up in manner in another

Work has stopped until Thursday/Friday due to new job + travelling for my birthday (18 btw :D). Will post screenshots as soon as everything has calmed down. I'll stop by the forums daily like always, but wont have access to my modding computer.

Hey all,

I've been away for a few days longer than I expected. Still got a busy end of the week in front of me. But I am at least back on my modding computer. I'll be sure to work on little bits here and there and be back full time by Sunday (hopefully, unless I get another shift at work). A few fellow modders have been messaging me lately and giving me advice and offering help which has been great. Will be sure to update all of you as soon as I can.

I saw the Sith Soldiers on one of your screenies. I think you should replace those with the high poly models. Those that you are using is the 'Lite' model.

^Noted. I will be changing a few of the skins around, it looks really bad when all the NPC's are the same model.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but I am now back into part-time modding. My girlfriend recorded the voiceovers for the character Constance last weekend. Dak Drexl is currently working on yet another amazing reskin for me, this one is for the Ebon Hawk. I decided it would be best to have a nice ship to travel from planet to planet with. As of right now, I'm currently working on triggers and waypoints, so nothing screenshot worthy. Probably by next weekend, I'll record another video, like I did for the introduction, and show the first few minutes of the second part.

Sorry for the 2 and a half month pause on this, I'll post all the cliche reasons, ect. No, really, I've been working a new job (not the one from back in June) and it's a full time position. So a full time job, a casual job while juggling a girlfriend, it's pretty hard to come by some time for myself these days. Progress has started back up... if you call regoing through all the work I've done to remember where I was up to starting back up, then yeah.

Just a suggestion, if there are any sith captains set as the normal armoured soldiers, change them to the red armoured or the uniformed ones.

Hey Rinku! How about better quality? This mod was never meant to be rushed to completed, just a side project to help with telling my fan fiction before The Old Republic is released.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to this thread, but...

Instead of the simple storyline quests where you just got talk to one guy and you find everything you need, for every quest, every side-quest, plot, ect, you will need to investigate porperly. You will need to win pazaak tournaments, bribe officials, threaten peoples families and a whole lot more just to get the information you need to advance in your quest. Also, I will be taking advantage of the solo mode option. Sometimes, you will need to have Jebord distract a guard while Belcameron sneaks past and continues the mission alone. This will happen a whole lot.

Sounds good. Though out of curiosity how are you going to get the solo mode thing to work? Is there some script you'll use? Or just have it so you use solo mode manually? Because then the player could opt to not engage in solo mode altogether.

If they player does not engage solo mode, then they will not be able to advance any further in the storyline. It will have an anti-"exploit".

I am also looking at putting a small team together to help me finish this mod, as most of my time is being taken away from me. Anybody wanting to help, please send me a PM. Thanks!

Looks good. Although Czerka was the Sith's main supplier in KotOR which would make the guy's dialogue at 2:13 a bit odd.

In regards to the relationship between Czerka and the Sith, it will be explained as you travel through Kashyyyk. Not everything is as it seems with this mod.

Is this voiced, great job btw!

OK. Looking at the readme, i have to WARP. As my cheat console dosn't work, (yes ive done all the editing) Ill put together a script in trasks dialouge to warp to the module. If it works, ill add it so you can make an addition to the overide, thus letting you get into it smoothly. Ill edit soon!

You need to remove the comma after "introduction". It's because the module is not called "introduction," - do you get what I mean?

DarthJango/Weasley I tried the Trask dialogue thing but it didn't work. Just pointing it out here because I was saying something else about the Introduction Demo. The Introduction was fun! I don't really mind it not being vo'd because there aren't random vo's stuffed in there. It also gives you the option to just listen to music or something while you play. I enjoyed the demo a lot, and was disappointed when it ended! Everything looked wonderful, although one thing was that in it, I forgot where, but someone said "The Naboo Jedi Temple, hidden among the buildings" and I thought it would have been interesting if you had changed the skybox to show skyscrapers etc. (not sure if it's even possible) but that's something very small and probably just personal taste. Otherwise, it was very well put together I enjoyed it. Oh and another thing I noticed, was that when you talk to that Karant guy the Twi'lek, you refer to him as Patterson which was odd (unless it was Karant's surname or something/ nickname)
Also, on a sidenote, if you need some work load relief I wouldn't mind doing some skins/ reskins for you!

Well, I have smethig on my computer that works. Ill test it soon thas for pointing that out. Though can you explain what you did and what happend? I prob uploaded a dodgy script or file.

Well, the char wakes up after character creation, and then Trask comes in and starts talking to you. One of the response options is "Play Tales of Jebord Esio" or something like that. I chose it and nothing happens... End dialogue and I'm just playing regular KOTOR. So I just warped ;)

Ahh, Im gonna have a look at the files. That was my main problem. Though i fixed it, the fixed files are on my comp. Ill see what I can do.

EDIT: Thought Id note that some may see that i had trouble with my warp script above. I had one fixed version but I may of uploaded the dodgy version. Posting link soon.

EDIT2: Fixed it. Havn't tested it though. In case it dosn't ive included .nss

Hey all,

I know it's been a long while since I've updated this thread. In the last year, I have moved interstate and have found a nice 4 bedroom house with my partner. I moved so far because of a job I got at the casino. Fast forward to now; I'm now a certified dealer/croupier and can now work in any casino in the world... but now back to the topic of this thread;

I never stopped production of this mod, but progress slowed, obviously. I've finished a good deal of the first "trilogy" of the mod. All that's really left to do is Waypoints, scripts, objects and more scripts. All the dialog is done, all the placements are done, all the quests are done.

For those that are still interested, stay tuned. I will be posting a crazy load of screenshots in the next few days, starting tomorrow :)
