In the DLGEditor, take a look at the properties of the branch nodes (The grey box below the dialog, where properties of the entries and replies appear). You will find these 2 things when you select an entry.
- CameraID: use a predefined camera for this branch. Cameras are defined in
the .git file for each area under the CameraList field.
- CameraAngle: an integer that specifies the camera angle to use when this
Entry is spoken.
Try toying around with the angle if you want a custom camera look, until you get it right.

In the field I show you in the picture, you can put in the ResRef of the camera that you want. To find the ResRef, go to KTool, open up BIFs, and find cameras.2da (or Cameramodels.2da. Can't rember:p).
In there, take a look at the descriptions of the cameras, select the one you want and note its ResRef for use in the DLG field I showed you above.
This is from the dlgeditor readme which no-one seems to have actually read :p.
