First off, I did legally purchase this game. I am not stupid enough to pirate it and then come here expecting help.

The only cinematic that appears to be playing for me is the "A long time ago.." intro, all others go to a black screen which I eventually have to skip. I am hoping that someone here will know how to fix this problem.

Installing Windows Media Player 11 seems to reduce the problem. Not sure how exactly, but it seems to.
