Question about skipperagus mods

Regarding the skip peragus mods. I know that they can cause certain malfunctions later on in the game. For instance someone told me that supersqual's mod crashes the game when Atrius takes away your lightsaber. Now I was wondering if you could use a skipperagus mod to skip peragus , then when you get to telos, save your game, quit it, uninstall the mod ,then continue playing from your saved game, would that work ?

I never had any problems with the mod, but in theory it should work

I'm using supersqual's skip peragus and it works perfectly.

EDIT: "Perfectly" may be a misnomer. what I mean is it works just dandy with no/only minor issues.

I have used it as well and have never experienced any problemsyou should be fine leaving it installed.
