I'm trying to create a blaster that is pretty powerful but easily deflected by force users. The problem is that aside from the bonus that Precise Shot feat gives, I haven't been able to find anything else that also alter the deflective properties of your blaster attacks.

Is such an item even possible to begin with?

I am not 100% sure but I think blaster bolt deflection is tied to the lightsaber itself, not the blaster. In other words, some lightsaber crystals give, for example, a +3 bonus to blaster bolt deflection, but rarely do you see blaster pistols/blaster rifles add to the vulnerability to deflection.
