This is a replacement of the Red Haired guy in Kotor 2, The replacement is Mekel! He has made appearance in Kotor 2 though, he has grew a goatee (Cheers for him)
You may choose to, Let him live in Kotor 1 from the evil guy who captures you in one of the tombs on Korriban =3
