Can someone tell how to get a head from Kotor I to Kotor II? I want to have the head po_pmhc4, but I do not know how to find that one. Can someone help me out with his?

Can't do it. It's called porting. It is illegal and not sanctioned by lucas forums.
if the Head you want is in K1 but not in the Heads.2DA in the Kotor 2 version of the file then as Newbiemodder stated is porting which is illegal.
Note: All of the PC heads of K1 are not in K2 you could Re-create it from sratch but not re-use the old one ;)
I know this is already been put down as porting. But is this particular head alright to do this with. Or is it located somewhere in the K2 game files? As you can see by the official trailer, this head is being used in the second game. See below,

Many of the head models from k1 are also in k2. You just have to look thru kotor tool to find out if the particular model you want, as well as the skin, is indeed there. If it is, you're good to go.
Okay, I will look into it. Because I would like to have that head. But it is indeed strange that they put the head in the official trailer and not in the game.
Plus i find it strang that at 30 secs they show a bit of M4-78 which was Properly cut by the time they made the trailer ;)

No, both technically owned by LucasArts, but K1 is the creation of Bioware, and TSL is the creation of Obsidian, 2 separate and different gaming entities.
Anyways, for the head you want, there is a head that is similar to that head (can't think of its name ATM) in TSL.
@0:41 they were using the mullet/"closest to anakin" head from K1, probably b/c at that point in production they had not made their alterations to it yet.
As I understand it, most of the heads used for Exile in K2 are tweaked heads from K1's main player. Some heads, spotting the "reuse" is obvious, others not so much. Then some are just new heads entirely.
Some other characters in the game as well.
Hell,I can even tell some differences on Master Vrook Lamar's head fro mthe first to the second aand how it moves and talks. Namely the mouth.
The head I hoped to have was the gray skinned Kreia/Traya head from the end of TSL minus the hood, someone told me this was impossible as Kreia was all one model, yet I've seen mods for things like Atris's robes where they did this, example from Marius Fett

if Marius could do it with Atris why cant it be done with Traya...or any other NPC alien for that matter?
Hm. I thought the hood thing was entirely separate? Handmaiden pushes her hood back in game, also Kreia was supposed to be able to do it...and I do believe re-skinning the head only is possible...can't you just extract what you want? I would think that those are in fact separate files... :confused:
