How do you created a Party NPC (not spawn it)

Currently I'm working on a beta test for a recruitment mod. I have created the head. Beginning .dlg, and have created my .utc. you may be wondering whats the problem? Well there's two things one the .utc file is not working everything that I changed didn't change in the game when I placed it in my override file. Second The head that I chose to use isn't used on Kotor tool or at least I don't think It is there. The heads .tga file's name is PMC06 but when I go into Kotor tool the appearances only go up to 5. If someone could please tell me which file that head is and why my uti file is not working it would be much appreciated.

I haven't had that much experience in making heads but I think you have to extract the model you want to use into the override, rename it (in this case I believe you want "PMC06"), and open up the heads.2da file. At the bottom you need to put in a new entry and call it "PMC06". Save it in the override and then open up the appearance.2da file. For your new character you need to enter in the row of the new head in the heads.2da file into the Head column of the appearance.2da.

I'm possitive it has something to do with that, I've been having a little trouble as well with making new heads.
