Finally found time to finish it. Includes both KOTOR and TSL versions. Automatic installation with TSLPatcher. As requested, I integrated a running animation fix. KOTOR Files link will be posted once available. Temporary Download Link available. Readme file below.

Wierd... I am getting that too. I just re-uploaded the files with new links and they seem to be working now.
