ET is pretty banal for tricks imho, I much prefer defrag vq3/cpma q3 stuff. own-age.com has lots of videos for them.
There have been a few forays into trickjumping in jk2/jka. notable jk2 vids to include some form of trick jumping nutritious/starcraft/dsbr vids.
For JKA there have also been a few vids. I, of course, am partial to the frag/trick vid cyclone since it's my ctf team featured. Check it out at
http://www.own-age.com/vids/12409) to see some cool trick jumps (at all default settings with pmove_fixed 0) with and without weapons plus plenty of badass frags.
You can also find some vids on youtube too (including cyclone with some parts of it having a disabled soundtrack), an energy/bk vid that seemed to copy some stuff from cyclone and rocketman from teh (also on own-age) which is slow, but a pretty decent single/multi trick effort.
