I bought that animated Watchmen "Tales of the Black Freighter" DVD, it's pretty good, although some of the Under the Hood stuff made me FFFFFFFF.

Not really a movie, but I've been watching Code Geass lately. I'm so confused by it, but I'm starting to catch on. the other half of me is going "Why can't you just be normal and start watching it from the beginnng Hururururg."

I watched a couple of movies recently:

* Sexy Beast (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0203119/) - It was a fun movie, plus it has Ben Kingsley in it. Ben Kingsley! That guy was awesome, I've liked him ever since I saw The House of Sand and Fog. The Australian lead actor is also very good. I wasn't expecting anything great out of it, but it sure did deliver.

* Slaughterhouse-Five - I've never read the book (I know, I know, it's not that I didn't want to it's just that I've never gotten around to it; I've read Cat's Cradle and I liked it). I really enjoyed the surreal nature of Billy's experience and the commentary on the Allied war crimes in WW2. The scene with the teenaged german soldier running to see if his sweetheart was okay after Dresden was bombed was particularly good.

Slumdog Millionaire was amazing. Check it out if you haven't.

Also, "I love you man" was pretty funny.
