I take it this is for TSL? K1 doesn't have an orange lightsaber, unless you're referring to the MOTF lightsaber.

Yes definitely for TSL lol
The code for the orange lightsaber is g_w_lghtsbr08. The short variant is g_w_shortsbr08 and the double-bladed variant is g_w_dblsbr008.

Use the save editor. It allows you to edit the inventory. Alternatively, GameFAQs is always a good source for console codes/cheats -
