If this gets approved, I'm gonna use it in my mod. I've actually discovered this little critter way back, but decided not to use it because I had no proper sound files. But now that I have them, I think Chadra-Fan would be a great replacement for that Nikto Pazaak player on Mannan.

If anyone feels there are other NPC's that could be replaced with this critter, please let me know.
