I've heard a little bit about Fracture, thought it was cool and moved on... Now that it seems to be attracting a larger crowd (and I kinda forgot what it's all about) I'd like to know what this game is about... Would someone be so kind as to refresh my memory about what this game is about and when it's being released... :D

Fracture is a third person shooter from Lucasarts centered around a fictitious future United States Civil War. The game relies heavily on a method of land alteration in game which creates a lot of interesting gameplay situations. It was released on October 10 of this year.

It looks good, I checked it out, read about the characters, and saw a video... I like it except for the fact that it's 3rd person... But w/e, you can't always get what you want... Even on Christmas... o_O :D
