Alright I finished the temple with bastila, choose darkside,killed jolee, then talked to the character from Brotherhood of Shadow then headed to the Ebon Hawk.
I talked to everybody, they voiced their opinion the Carth started to Run away, It made me start to run after him, Bastila said Dont and finished talking...Then the game crashed saying a problem has occured checking solution, shutting down.
Any Ideas whats wrong?

This is likely not a hardware problem, so moving to Holowan.
That is a big list...
So many of those in combination could create problems
