Now before anyone makes any assumptions this is not in any way, shape, or form like the forms you learn in TSL. That would involve alot of scripting which I have absolutely no skill in. What this mod does is add belts with the names of the sith lightsaber forms and the stats I thought would be suitable for the items. I have hosted it at my site:
