TFU on PSP: Long Loading Times?

Is this normal? Or is it my PSP? I've heard that the Xbox 360 and PS# versions have long loading times. I'd imagine the PSP having long loading times because the game has a lot of stuff happening in the level, with all that environment interactivity in each level on a handheld. So is it normal?

Edit: PS3 (not PS#. whoops lol)

Yeah mine does the same so i think its normal.
