Fracture Demo Now Available On Xbox Live Marketplace And Playstation Network (http://www.lucasarts.com/company/release/news20080918.html)
LucasArts announced today that they have released the official demo of their upcoming action game Fracture on Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network. The demo guides players through the world of Fracture and the technology of Terrain Deformation, a key element in combat and battlefield tactics in the game.

In the demo, utilize the power of Terrain Deformation to create on-the-fly cover from enemy fire, solve puzzles and revolutionize battlefield tactics as you guide Atlantic Alliance soldier Jet Brody through the deadly world of 2161, where years of environmental disaster have resulted in a geographically fragmented United States and a battle for the very definition of what it means to be human.

When the game ships to retail you will also be able to test your mettle in over-the-top multiplayer modes where nonstop action meet Terrain Deformation for brutal 12-player battles in modes specifically built for Fracture and TD technology.

Fracture releases for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 7 in North America and October 10 in Europe.
This press release dated 2008 September 18.
