I found out something cool a few days ago. On Kashyyk, take a speeder bike, and head out over the hill in the "Oil Refinery" CP. Eventually, you'll come to this huge hill filled area. Make sure you have the invincibility code, or you'll die. Also, there is a huge abyss near the hills, which kills you when you fall in.

You can do awesome jumps off the hills. =]

All I ever use speeder bikes for is suicide I just cover them in as many mines and other explosives as I can then crash into somebody.It's a lot more fun than it sounds..
