Ok so I just downloaded the 1.08 because I think it's the best one, but I need help, right now I can't even start the server it tries to load but can't, and also the auto announcments aren't working as well as the banned words, I try to open teh editable file but it says something like "the system cannot find the path specified"

please help me out here, I am running windows vista btw
