I have a question I reskinned a head (the PMHB04) and I want to put it in a module as a NPC how would I do that ?

P.S. I want this character as a unique appearance meaning I want the PMHB04 PC on the character select screen to still look the same but I want the head I modified in the module to look different.

First off you can't use the same texture file name that another appearance uses if you want it to be unique. In Kotor 1 you absolutely must rename and hex edit a head model to accept the new texture name for your uniques appearance. You also must create new appearance and heads 2da entries for your unique appearance. If you reuse a existing appearance your self defeating yourself from the start. Also please read the tutorials and appearance editing as many of your recent questions make it clear that you have not read any of the tutorials.
