hello i am in need of help i have seen the tutorial on kotorfiles but i need a bit more, i do not understand some one the instructions in the tutorials and is a bit complex does anyone have a simpliyfied version of that.

also when you create a new character can you give him dialogue and a unique look and location

You can't download her Dustil character, so just extract a random .utc out of KOTOR Tool.
