Ive been digging through my big box of games and I found Spyro the dragon. One of the first games by Insomniac Games and my first console game.
Has anyone played the Spyro games. I currently own the first three. I played some of the games that Insomniac didn't produce however I was dismayed by the lack of originality and new gameplay
I've played a few, not too bad for a kids game
Never actually played one, just tried it. My brother has one for the DS.
Rented it once but didn't like it.

I thought Spyro was good as a beginner game. Since for me it was my introduction to the PS1 and I found that, that game really performed well on the PS1 and was okay at the time
In an unrelated note this is my 300th post. Yahoo!
I've played Year of the Dragon, Heroes tale and the one woth the dragonflies when you fight the rhiptocs... (Can't remember that ones name)
It was fun... back on the PS1.
That game was pretty fun...good ol' PS1 times.
Anyone play the bad ps2 sequels?

Yeah, it probably was; at the time I was being introduced to the N64 with Super Mario (which, when I look back now, don't especially like either).
I recently began playing the first game out of boredom. I have to say I haven't been this satisfied with a game since I beat Deus Ex. It has been so long since I played it I completely forgot about all the excitement of it

Yeah, it was fun. Do I still remember the main menu music? :)
Sorry to revive this thread.

I did, and they aren't worth the some $10 they cost to buy them. "Greatest Hits" my a$$.
The PS1 were some of my favorites. I just wish they will port it the PS2 or Wii like Sega did with Sonic Adventure.
