30th Anniversary Collection

Over the past few months, I have been collecting these figures like wildfire. Some of these figures are extraordinarily designed, and others look extremely cheap in comparison. I stopped collecting figures about five years ago. After I bumped into the "30th Anniversary Collection", I couldn't resist their allure and calling.

Has anyone else found interest in the collection?

Yes, I hadn't really collected since the Originals but when AOTC came out I got back in to it, I've got a lot of the figures released this year and agree that some are fully poseable awesome detail etc, some are pre POTJ standard.

On a side note, I can't wait for the new Evolution sets!! (esp Mandalore the Indomitable)

The "Elite Forces of The Republic" set is from the Star Wars Commando books, if only I was a lil boy again....

Keep an eye out for the January 2008 releases. Wave 8 has some really cool figures. There is a speederbike figure, which comes with a removable helmet.
