This mod will allow you to play using an alien speech soundset. It will complete all missing entries in each of the included ssf files (so that all NPCs will also have full soundsets), and add a few new ones.

11 included soundsets are:
Aqualish (Walrusman),
Duros,
Gamorrean,
Nikto,
Rakata,
Rodian,
Selkath,
Trandoshan,
Twi'lek Male & Female,
& Frogling (Vandar).

Booster pack adds 4 more soundsets:
Bith (can also be used for Ithorians),
Hutt,
Jawa,
& Tusken (Sand Person).

To play as a Wookiee, use Zaalbar's soundset (since it is already complete).

It's available at DeadlyStream (http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/594-11-pc-species-soundsets/)
Booster Pack also at DeadlyStream (http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/595-4-pc-species-soundsets-booster-pack/)
(If FileFront ever comes back
It's available at FileFront (http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/Eleven_PC_Species_Soundsets;84050)
Booster Pack also at FileFront (http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/PC_Species_Soundset_Booster_Pack;90121))

This was one of the many mods I was working on at the same time as my Species Mod.

Please let me know how it sounds :ears1: . I've only tried it on my own computer, so I don't know if the volume is loud enough, or if the whole clip will play, etc. I'd like to make more, so any feedback I get will help me improve the new ones.

Well, I don't know how many people realize this or not, but this is designed to work with your Species mod and it works fantastic.

A little edit with the save game editor to swap out the sound set and voila. I started a game with one of the Holowan Twi'lek models and swapped out the regular female human voice for the uber sexy sounding twi'lek voice.

Works excellent when using other than human species.

Keep up the great work, Redrob41!!

Thanks, and welcome to Lucas Forums.

I agree, a release for TSL would be great. It works great with your other mods, and was a great download.

In conjunction with my Playable Tusken mod, I've added a booster pack of soundsets that includes a Tusken voice. Now when playing as a Tusken, you won't sound like a human. There are four new alien voices added this time around (Bith/Ithorian, Hutt, Jawa, and Tusken). The link is in the first post.

The soundsets require the Kotor Savegame Editor in order to change your PCs voice.

Oh, and could someone please change the name to "[K1] PC Alien Species Soundsets"? Thanks. I think that'd be a little more descriptive, and I don't have the room in the title to say "Make your playable character sound like an alien with soundsets". :D
