Where are the lipsyncs for alien VOs located? I can't find them (or a .mod file that would look like it has them) in the lips folder.

The name of the .mod file you're looking for is localization.mod in the lips folder. Great name, I know. :)

For KOTOR2:TSL some of the lipsync files for alien VO are only listed in the *_loc.mod files (in the lips folder) for the modules where there is an alien using that voice set, for some weird reason. You'll have to find them there and extract them to use in other modules.

(Thankfully you don't need to keep lipsync files in a separate mod file in the lips folder for them to work, so if you're making your own custom module you can just add them to the main module MOD or RIM file instead.)
