i'm making a skin out of the underwear skin, making a leather clothing item, i would like help with how to make the clothing reflective like the latex undies mod, then i need to make it a seperate wearable item so it doesn't override the underwear, i would really appreciate any help anyone can give me :)

i use mainly arcsoft photo studio in conjunction with photoshop 7, as far as i can tell i wnt be able to make the clothing a seperate item cause its based on the underwear, so manual change fo each clothing will be needed (making quiet a few)

Ultimately the reflectiveness of an item uses the alpha channel of the texture and a [texture's name].txi file. The .txi file (it's just a text file) has one line specifying the type of reflection to use. Do you know hot manipulate alpha channels in photoshop already?

And alpha channel is grayscale -- black is transparent, white is opaque. Varying levels of grey will be partial transparency. To add an alpha channel, go to the channels tab and add a new channel (should automatically be an alpha channel). Then the bits you want transparent make black. The bits you want opaque make white. And the bits you want somewhere in the middle make gray. Then save it as a 32 bit targa. :)
