I was able to find Bastila's Mother thanks to the Bastila Romance fix, but now the holocron doesn't show up in the cave. Does anyone have any advice?

Ah, yes, that must've been it. I had that same problem, but because of the various mods I had involving Bastila, I didn't know where the problem lied. Now I do! If the holocron doesn't show up, deleting the mods from your override won't help. What I did was, extracting the holocron.uti file and putting it in the override, use the cheat "giveitem holocron" in the game, and then remove the "Cheats used" text on the savegame screen with KSE.

Edit: Where do you find the holocron.uti file?

Kotor Tool > Kotor I > RIMs > Modules > tat_m18ac_s.rim - Eastern Dune Sea (Tatooine) > Blueprint, Item. That's where you can find it. Just extract it into the override folder.
