So I went to the Library found the occult section and got out a book on ‘How to resurrect dead RP threat on Star Wars fan forums’. Although the subject was very specific I thought for a day or two and realised I have the perfect place to practice this dark art. And henceforth I will be trying to bring back a recently deceased RP and hope that the spell doesn’t ware off.

So this RP probably died because I started to make things a little more complicated and confusing than they should have been by splitting the people up into three different groups. Yes Rogue you did point this out to me and as I did say I would apologise to you if it failed in front of witnesses I suppose I must live up to my obligation.

Mandalorian Wars:
The Jedi Torn
Defence at Alderaan

The Mandalorians began a crusade of conquest against the
galaxy beginning with the worlds on the galaxy’s outer rim.

For 32 years the armies of the warrior race invaded many
planets and moons destroying any one who dared to stand
against them before their sights finally turned to the
Republic.

The Army of the unified worlds pleaded with the Jedi
council for help but they refused to fight, however to young
Jedi known as Malak and Revan chose to go against their
masters wishes and went to the republics aid taking all
those who would follow with them…

The Story
The RP takes place around a month after the Jedi got involved with the Mandalorian War. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandalorian_War) You are a Jedi who chose to defy the councils orders and followed Revan and Malak into battle against the rampaging Mandalorian forces. As part of Revan’s plan your character is one who has been put in charge of a force to defend the planet Alderaan system.

Note to returning Players: This is not a Sequel so if you decide to re-use your characters from the last attempt of this the Corellia battle never happened.

Bio: Like most Jedi Castov was taken in to be trained as a Jedi in his infancy and no longer remember who is family were. He spent his early years training on at the Coruscant temple, here he earned a reputation for being reckless and a risk taker. He spent a lot of time in front of the masters explaining why a fire got started or how the ancient artefact got broken. Fortunately for him other than these slight misdemeanours he was a good student with the force. The young man was also found to have a certain aptitude with mechanics and electronic, so he was allowed to work in the temples hanger and garage.

When Castov was assigned to a master he got transferred to the enclave on Dantooine where he became friends with the other Padawans, Notably Bastillia, Revan and Malak. He passed all his trials the first time and was knighted as a full Jedi of the order. Castov followed his friends Revan and Malak into the war against defying the wishes of his masters.

CJ is fun loving and a joker but he has a need to always do the right thing, although skilled with the lightsaber he prefers to take a stealthy approach to combat. In these early stages of the war he has been found to be quite the strategist and has often been asked by the Commanding Republic officers to aid in battle plans

Bio:
Federico was born on Bakura, like all other Jedi, he was taken as a small child and given to the Order for training. He passed with ease as an apprentice and was accepted by Jedi Master Zez-Kai Ell for further tutoring as his padawan. Federico was a good student, alert in his classes, adept in the ways of the Force, and equally good in lightsaber combat. He has no affinity for mechanics, but he is considered to be a great pilot. He obtained the rank of Jedi Knight at age 21.

He was then sent to Dantooine by Zez-Kai Ell... it was there that he met the Exile, Revan, and Malak. However, he never quite bonded with them. Mater Zhar and Master Vandar were two Jedi he respected. His mission was to meet with Master Vandar and give him a message from Zez-Kai Ell. He ended up staying on Dantooine to continue his training and was eventually recruited by Revan. Federico knew that he was consciencely defying the wishes of the council, however, he was more determined to help the innocent victims living on the Outer Rim.

Appearance: Xander is neither scrawny nor overly muscular, he's lightly tanned, has dead yellow green eyes and neck-long golden blonde hair at the back with the front being fairly short and stands to the sides in downward spikes (think Edward from Fullmetal Alchemist). He wears black boots, dark blue trousers and shirt, a light blue over tunic, black belt and wears durasteel shin, wrist and shoulder guards under his clothing and chest plate under the overtunic.

2) Tactical analyst - Xander is a smart and it comes with it's rewards as Xander can know a flaw on the enemy's attack or pattern behaviour and use it for his own advantage
3) Lightsaber Throw - Xander is a naturally curious and tried to mix Force Push and his Lightsaber and found out the Force Power known as Lightsaber Throw. He excells in it, manipulating it with ease.

Bio:
Like most within the order, Xander was brought to the Order at a young age at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. After his initial training, he was taken under the wing of the Jedi Master Lonna Vash. She took care of him like he was her own son, or so it seemed like to Xander. After he reached age 15, he was assigned to the Dantooine Training Academy, now under the wing of Master Vandar. There, he made many friends easily such as Revan and Malak but the one who most took his attention was the Jedi Exile.

He had a thing for her and maybe she had a thing for him. He never knew. He spent many of his days studying with her, sparring with her or simply hanging with her. But when he revealed it to her, she said she only liked him as a friend, outside he was very calm but inside he was a mess. His Master helped him with these thoughts, Vandar being very caring and understanding and after that, Xander grew up like most Jedi do, no passion, no love, no emotions, only harmony, peace and fear that if he would love again he would have his heart broken once more.

Xander's calm and collected but he still has his brashness and headstrongness. Some would say he's no fun, but he says that if there's time to joke around, there's time to leave in peace and harmony with no threats to the galaxy.

Bio:

Brendick was born on the world of Utapau. His parents lived amongst the native Pau'an as immigrants. During a trip to Coruscant, Brendick was discovered to be Force-sensitive by the local Jedi. He was taken in and taught the ways of the Force.

He was somewhat inept in lightsaber combat, but he had a particular interest in the Force itself. After he recieved news that his parents were badly injured by Mandalorians on the Outer Rim, Brendick vowed to help the Republic in the Mandalorian Wars, whether this was done out of anger or out of a sense of duty remains to be seen. He never progressed passed the rank of Padawan.

Nicknamed "Blaze" because of his unique ability to combust inanimate objects with the Force. In addition, it is also used to describe his somewhat fiery personality. He prefers to enter battle with his platoon of fresh soldiers and green recruits. Brendick enjoys the comradery with his fellow Republic soldiers and likes to stir up trouble between the ranks for fun.
He is friendly to new-comers mostly because he has a Pau'un sense of morality and hospitality.

Sorry guys i've been busy the last week and haven't been able to post on anything. Anyway i was also waiting for other players but as that may not happen, i'll get started tomorrow.

Bio: Tegan Marr was born to a very rich family on Coruscant. Her father was an ambassador; her mother was a senator. By the time Tegan turned six, her parents reluctantly admitted that their lives were too busy to efficiently care for a child. They were set to give her up for adoption when a Jedi Master came to them and informed them that Tegan was highly Force sensitive. So at six years of age, Tegan Marr was taken to the Jedi Temple of Coruscant.

Four years later, this ten-year-old girl was proving to be quite the handful. When a master would instruct her, she stubbornly refused to obey. Just as the Council had decided Tegan would be sent away, a Master visiting from Dantooine urged them to let her take the girl as a padawan. Reluctantly, the Council agreed and Master Cora Juana went to meet Tegan.

The initial meeting was full of hostility from Tegan, who loved the freedom she'd been having since none of the other Masters would forcefully make her do anything. If she merely refused, there was nothing they could do. But Cora was different in more ways than one. First, she was younger, only 31 years old, but a Jedi Master nonetheless. And the most important difference was that she acted more like a mother than an instructor.

"You need a mother figure," she told the girl. "And that's what I'm going to be. You will do as I say. If you do not, there will be consequences."

To a girl whose parents ignored her and whose Jedi instructors could not control her, this new master was quite unnerving at first. But a bond grew between them and soon, Tegan was intensely focused on her Jedi training. Anything her 'Jedi Mother' wanted her to do, she practiced endlessly until she reached the goal.

Tegan Marr was knighted at the age of seventeen, a fact which came as a great surprise to the Jedi Council. They were concerned the girl's knighting may have come too early, but when they called a meeting with the new Guardian, they realized that she had changed. The young woman standing before them was not the same rebellious little girl they could not manage. She was a Jedi Knight, proper as could be.

When Revan impatiently chose to support the Republic against the Mandalorians, Tegan watched as more Jedi abandoned the Council to follow him. Shortly after Revan's departure, Tegan was reunited with her Jedi Mother for a diplomatic mission to the Outer Rim. While on this mission, Cora was killed and Tegan barely escaped with her life. This experience changed the young, obedient Knight into something else; she was much more solemn when she faced the Council for the last time.

"Your hesitation is sorely costing you," she told them, much to their speechless surprise. "My former master, my dearest friend is dead, Revan has gathered quite the following to him, and thanks to his aid, the Republic may actually win this war. But he will not return to you when the war is won. He is a hero now, and that will go to his head."

"Knight Marr, you are out of line!" one of the Council protested.

"Perhaps," Tegan conceded. "But I would rather be out of line than afraid to act. And know this; unlike Revan, my loyalty is to the Jedi."

"Then you will stand down," another Council member ordered.

"No, I will not," Tegan objected. "Because if I stand down, it means the end of the Jedi. Forever. And I will not have that."

The Council banished Tegan Marr from the Jedi Order, commanding her to turn in her lightsaber. But she refused, departing from the Council before they could take anything from her. It has been six weeks since Tegan's exile and she has joined Revan's followers, though she continues to remind herself that once the war is over, she will leave him. And if the Jedi refuse her, she has decided she will become a Republic ambassador, serving in the function of a Jedi, with all the powers of the Jedi, though the Jedi would not have her.

For example you can be apart of the assault force leading the republic troops against the Mandalorians or you can be like Castov and have already infiltrated the city to weaken it for the assault.
