The Story

You play a Fighter Pilot that has been assigned to the Mothma’s Arrow, your job is to carryout the missions in the most sensitive areas for the Alliance.

The Ship

Mothma’s Arrow is what the rebel named the stolen ship, although it has no weapons of it’s own, it contains several different variety of fighters. Its quick agile and has the latest stealth technology including a cloaking device making it invisible to the naked eye. The ships hanger contains the storm Fighters witch is made up of 3 X-Wings, 3 A-Wings and 3 Y-Wings. It also has 2 Lambda class Shuttles for transporting Marines.

Colonel Chrysler is the commanding officer of ‘Mothma’s Arrow’
Master Sergeant Niska is the ‘Deck Chief’ and I in charge of fixing the Fighters.

The ship has a crew of around 100, which is mainly mechanics, engineers and marines. So creating Npc’s is something I encourage. Also Y-wing and X-wing pilots will have astromech droids which may be their personal one

Bio: Xander was born and raised on Alderaan the child of a nobleman, from a young age he was a risk taker and always wanted to travel the stars. He joined the Alderrann security force as soon as he could despite his father’s disapproval, He wanted his son to be a noble not a soldier. While training in the security force he took to flying fighters and transferred to the pilots core.

During the clone war he was apart of the Alderaan defence against the two attacks by the confederacy. He was promoted through the ranks on both occasions and award commendations for Valour and piloting skill. On the end of the war and when the Alderaan Security force was placed under the control of the Imperial army, Thray resigned and started flying Escort fighters for an independent transport corporation. About 9 years after Xander left the ASF he was on leave back on Alderrann where he met Talia. He married her and eventually had a son and daughter with her.

While on leave he was approached by General Dodonna to join the alliance as a fighter pilot on a recently stolen Incom fighter, The X-Wing. Thray was protecting a transport ship heading to the base on Yavin 4 when the Death Star destroyed his home world and when the Death star was also destroyed.

His Entire family were on alderann when the death star came and since then his hate for all imperials has grown, He is on a personal vendetta to kill Every Imp he can. He was heavily involved in the Evacuation of Yavin 4 base and was then assigned to an X-wing squadron protecting The main Rebel fleetwhile searching for a new base.

He gained Notice by Wedge Antillies 9 months afterthe batle of Yavin when he was involved in the battle (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_of_the_Rebel_Fleet_%28.75_ABY%29) that occured due to the betrayal of Jorin Sol and Janek Sunber. He helped the rebel fleet scatter and escape having the most TIE kills that day. This later led to Wedge suggesting Xander to command the ‘Storm’ fighters on board Mothma’s Arrow (Wedge wished to stay with his squadron).

Unsurprisingly Xander is often angry, sad and in some way blames himself for being unable to protect his family. He hates the Empire to the core of his being and can occasionally be blinded by anger when in contact with any imperial, he will get quite aggresive aroud them.

Bio: Darrick grew up on Dantooine, until he was 18. When he was 14 he had been attacked in his field by some fighter mercenary. The pilot had landed eventually because he thought he had killed him, by shooting crazily into his shed Darrick had jumped into. The man opened the door opnly to be stabbed through the chest by a farming tool Darrick had grabbed while in there. He had never killed a person before and then noticed his fighter.

He sat in the fighter, liked the feeling sitting in a compact litle space. He pretended to fly around in it until his dad and him fixed it up and practiced flying it around. When a Imperial Destroyer threatened the planet, he was asked to help defend, accepted and almost killed himself by getting close enough to the destroyer to visually see people running in the hallways through the windows. He had gotten hit by a shot damaging his wing, forcing him to land. Darrick was awarded the medal that you survive a fatal blow while in battle(no clue what the name is for Star Wars, Purple Heart? :P).

He was then asked to join under Captain Xander Thray, a man he had heard about once before in the news. He accepted. Since he couldn't keep his fighter he choose the A-wing because it resembled his style, speed.

During the Battle of Hoth, she piloted one of the last escaping Kleeque-class transports, having stayed until almost the very end to help man the planetary ion cannon.

After the battle, she disappeared for a short time, resurfacing on Coruscant when the pilots for the Mothma's Arrow are being assembled. During that time, she has apparently had surgery to correct the hereditary Hapan night-blindess to better allow her to fly fighter craft.

Noelle is friendly and almost always upbeat. She enjoys making friends and is always ready with a quick and honest smile, no matter what the circumstances. When questioned about her past, however, she doesn't really seem to remember much and tends to deflect the conversation onto other topics.

Bio: Cole is a quiet, somewhat introverted man from Taanab. He is often reserved, only speaking when necessary. However, he has the utmost respect and care for his squadron-mates and is fiercely dedicated to the Rebellion, having witnessed firsthand the brutality of the Empire.

He attended the Imperial Naval Academy at Prefsbelt IV and was assigned to the 37th Imperial Fighter Wing shortly after graduation. Cole soon saw the error of his ways following a skirmish with a small Rebel detachment. After the Rebels had surrendered, his commanding officer ordered the destruction of all the ships, including a number of unarmed transports holding women and children. Cole's TIE Fighter had been damaged in the dogfight and was unable to participate in the commander's orders, which was just as well, since he had no desire to take part in the slaughter of the helpless.

Soon after, he found an opportunity to defect to the Rebellion and took it as quickly as he could, leaving behind the life of an Imperial and throwing himself fully into the service of the Alliance. Cole bounced from squadron to squadron for a while until finally accepting a commission into Storm Group as an X-Wing pilot.

Bio: The woman now known as Katalin Jaye was born on Kiffu, but shortly after she turned seven, she was kidnapped and sold into slavery. The tattoos that had marked her as a member of her family were surgically lasered off and for seven years, she worked on a crime lord's yacht. By being in the right places at the right times, she learned many things. This gathered knowledge led to her escape at the age of fourteen.

For the next six years, the girl wandered the galaxy, using one name after another. Then, the Empire caught up to her and had her arrested for the mass of identities she'd littered the systems with. At twenty years of age, the young woman was tortured in an attempt to discover her true identity. But during the years of slavery and then later years of wandering, she had forgotten her name. After determining that the torture was useless, they gave her the name Keri Jens and put her on a prisoner shuttle bound for a prison moon.

But the shuttle never got to its destination. Two weeks after it vanished, it was discovered, crashed in a desert on a mid-rim planet. The name Keri Jens appeared in the databases only twice more, but the woman was never found. After she crashed the shuttle, she was found by an Alliance scout team, unconscious and seriously injured. They took her in and treated her injuries. When she regained consciousness, they asked for her name. After a moment's hesitation, she gave them the name Keri Jens. One of them had heard of her and encouraged her to pick a different name, for that one would be hunted mercilessly. She agreed and told the team to wait for her.

After leaving the scout team, the woman used the 'Keri' identity to reserve a seat on a transport to the core. An hour later, she booked a second seat for Keri heading directly to Coruscant. Finally, she returned to the scout team, introduced herself as Katalin Jaye and made it clear she intended to join the Rebel Alliance and mentioned an interest in flying the fighters.

Six months of training proved that Kat was determined to succeed... and a very fast learner. Initially, she was placed in an X-Wing. But she found the controls a little sluggish for her tastes and after two years in X-Wings, she asked if there was something more maneuverable she could fly. After a few tests and further training, Kat was transferred to an A-Wing.

Kat flew A-Wings for four years, proving her skill again and again. At twenty-six years of age, she learned of the Mothma's Arrow completely by accident. Eager for a new challenge, she applied to join the crew. Initially, she was denied, but a week later, she was offered the rank of Second Lieutenant and a spot on the Mothma's Arrow.

Actually I was planning for it to take place around 1-2 years after the Battle of Yavin. I think that the cannon story for the A-wing has changed since the release of RotS as it has appeared in works of fiction that takes place earlier than hoth and even pre Yavin IV.

I have made some edits to my Char sheet by adding three years to the age, a pic link that actually works and some more history and personality.

If we only get one more player who choses an X-wing i'll make it so the Thunder craft are reserve and are assigned to pilots by my character if the mission requires a bomber.

If we get two or three more players i'll give them the option to take on a X or A wing (but so the number is balanced). While we will use the the Ys as i have described above.

If we do get all nine each character will only have the single fighter to fly.

Ok i can see your point so i'm going to change things a bit then. The RP time will be around a month Post Hoth, as it's not so much i want to have it after Yavin i want it pre-endor.

Also Mothma's arrow was not stolen until a few months before Hoth.

As cool as the B-wings would be i'd just prefer it to be Y-wings, I don't really know why i just think it would be better to have those.

Bio: Coming from a long line of spacers, traders and pilots, Thelor was a traditional Duros. With his father and two brothers he flew a merchant ship before volunteering for the Republic at the start of the Clone Wars. He operated alongside Jedi and Clone for many years until the New Order came into power and he was discharged due to his Duros heritage. Returning afterwards to being a merchant until finding himself in an aerial battle between the Empire and the Rebellion at it's early stages. After flying a sluggish craft against the swift and nimble TIE fighters alongside Y-wings, he found himself a fugitive and a rebel praised by the leader of the Y-wing squadron after the battle. Only a few days later did he find himself flying with only an R5-droid with him and as an important part of what was called the Dropper Squadron. He became one of the main strategists of the squadron and mastered many flight simulations with only so much aid from the Lieutenant.

A month before the Battle of Yavin he rose as the leader of the Squadron once the old Lieutenant and most of the other pilots were killed in a Skirmish with the by then still rare TIE Interceptors. After barely surviving the skirmish he was made a Lieutenant, but before he could even recruit new members for the squadron it was disbanded due to the bad survival records of the squadron in the past. After Yavin he jumped around from ship to ship serving from mechanic to flight coordinator until he was transferred as the leader of the Thunder Squadron.

Even if he's seemingly older than time itself amongst the newer generation of aces, he still has a great reputation amongst many Rebel carriers and squadrons he flew with. He is respected and when it comes to Y-wings and their capabilities in battle, he is most usually turned to. Even if the Y-wing is a sluggish and old design, he can still somehow draw even more out of the hunks of junk every time they fly into battle with the more nimble and faster X- and A-wings. But even so he has one thing he refuses to do, even if the Generals themselves came to tell him to, which is he refuses to wear the foolish Rebel jumpsuit and helmet, rather wearing his own grayish green jumpsuit and his own helmet with nothing but the Squadron's insignia and the Rebel insignia to represent his alignment with them.

Bio: A mysterious past shrouds this man. He claims he was born to a couple of slaves and was meant to serve the Chavin as a slave as well until one night he slipped away and stowed away on a freighter which led him to Chandrila. There he was discovered by the Imperials but was saved by two Rebels. The origin of his place as a pilot with the Alliance to Restore the Republic is quite well recorded and known, which is the first thing that can actually be confirmed of the man's past. He was a swift learner with the Rebels and his piloting skills were very good for his species, even if he wasn't an ace at birth.

His first combat flight was with a Z-95 Headhunter in the Battle of Restuss and then X-wing support at the evacuation of Hoth with some smaller skirmishes and raids in between the two major battles. Showing excellent promise in these two Battles, he took part in a few raids before reaching the rank of Second Lieutenant and getting a new tour of duty with the Mothma's Arrow. Even if he doesn't have many battles under his belt, he has shown himself to be able and willing to risk his life for the greater cause, whatever it may be. In this case it would be the Rebellion's efforts for a Republic. Deep down he wishes that if he and his fellow Rebels would prevail, he could return to his home and release the Chavs from slavery

Bio: Born on the Zabrak home world of Iridonia her early life was relatively uninteresting, her father went to aid the Republic’s efforts in the clone wars while she was brought up by her mother. When the Empire took over the Zabrak colonies felt the wrath of the imperial Xenophobia and many of its men were taken to work as slaves including her father.

As time passed her hate for the Empire grew as its resources were stripped and people became subjugated under the Stormtrooper’s heels. At the age of 14 she smuggled herself aboard a Cargo freighter with the intent to find away to strike back at the empire and find her father.

This didn’t go well as for the next 10 years she ended up become a mercenary and engaged in many criminal activities to survive. While living this life she met an elderly pilot called Johan Festa who took pity on the young women and taught her to fly ships and fighter craft. This went well until the empire finally caught up with the criminals and attacked their ship, most of the crew were killed, including Johan, before a group of rebels flew in and saved the remaining crew.

Casey then joined the Alliance and began to utilise her skills as a pilot flying some of the stolen Y-wings for a rebel cell. The cell she joined was tasked with stealing from imperial convoys, they did this by using a fighter as decoy by making it pretend to be shutdown sending a distress signal. Tey Volunteered to be the Decoy and that’s how she earned her callsign.

After Yavin she joined the main Rebel fleet flying Y-wings and was involved with the defence of the fleet when Vader attacked it 9 months after the battle of Yavin. Here she caught the eye of Xander Thray as they were both the last to hyperspace away. This was how she got assigned to Mothma’s Arrow as Xander recommended her.

She’s reckless and has problems following orders she doesn’t agree with, she’d rather fly into battle alone than work with a team feeling she’s always right.

I’m going to be honest with you The Padawan and I won’t Sugar coat it for you. I Was undecided about letting you join so I asked the rest of the group and the majority came to the conclusion that the Answer should be No.

Now if you are still reading this I will give you some criticism as it’s the only way we can grow in these situations. The first is that you seem to cause confrontation unnecessarily all the time in other RPS and your characters are completely un-likable with a lack of depth.

It’s obvious English isn’t your maiden language which does partly account for both the spelling and grammar problems but these mistakes are too numerous too fully blame on that. Your posts, much like your characters, also lack a level of depth I personally expect RPers to do when they join my RPs. There’s more to characters than action and speech, you need to consider thought, feeling and memory especially considering this is a star wars forum and the Jedi any empathic.

I hope you take these criticisms how they are intended and not as an attack on you as a person.

@Jedi Atomic- All the Pilots on Mothma's Arrow are a PC and Controled by a player. X-ray is in the hanger while Brows and deuce are in the mess hall, therefore you couldn't have been flying with another X-wing.

Really? hm so there's only 9 pilots on this here carrier? There's no other carrier in the sector? There should be like a smaller one of some sort, like escorting the mothma's arrow.

Well because Mothma's Arrow is the only cloaked ship having another ship travelling with it will be counter productive as they will be able too see the escort.

The ship isn't so much a carrier as it only has two hangers, although large they only hold the 9 fighters, 2 shuttles and maybe some room for any stolen craft.

No i haven't abandoned it, i've just been waiting for the A-wings to begin their manouvour and get a third Y-wing pilot.

Appearance: Long, thick, black hair, scarlet eyes and lightish green skin.
Bio: Laveen was born on Falleen in 47 BBY to a noble family in the lower echelons of Falleen society. When she was only one year of age, her family's private yacht was hijacked by pirates while touring the Outer Rim territories. Laveen was placed in an escape pod by her mother and jettisoned into space. The pirates did not detect the launch, primarily because they were so intent on ransacking the ship. Laveen's pod eventually made planetfall onto the agricultural world of Agamar.

There, Laveen was found by kindly Agamarian farmers on one of the more remote continents. She was raised alongside the farmers' children as one of their own and as such, retained very little of her Falleen heritage. She was ostracized in Agamarian society at first because of her appearance, but her adoptive family was quick to defend her. Her natural Falleen intelligence soon asserted itself and she was able to help her new family become prosperous.

During the Clone Wars and the ensuing battles taking place on Agamar, Laveen's father took his family away to a safer location while he himself ventured out to aid the Republic. Unfortunately, he was killed during one of the major battles between Republic and CIS forces. Following his death, Laveen's eldest brother took control of the family's business, continuing to prosper with Laveen helping him.

During one of her routine visits to Agamar's capital, Calna Muun, she happened to meet young Keyan Farlander. They often played sabacc together when Laveen was in town. During these times, Keyan would often tell Laveen of his dream to strike back at the Empire, who had taken his family away from him following the orbital bombardment of Tondatha, his hometown. Laveen sympathized with the passionate young man and when Keyan took part in the Agamar Resistance and subsequently joined the Rebel Alliance, it did not take long for Laveen to follow in his footsteps.

She initially enlisted in the Ordnance and Supply Service, but following a hotshot manuever to help a convoy evade an Imperial Interdictor cruiser completely unscathed, was promoted to Second Lieutenant and transferred to Starfighter Command. It was there she displayed an affinity for the Y-wing, a fighter she thought best represented the hard-working spirit that characterized Agamarians. Following the Battle of Hoth, she was reassigned to the Mothma's Arrow.

Her callsign is 'Greenhorn', a double reference to her skin color and her relative newness as a pilot. It doesn't really bother her, though she wouldn't mind a different moniker.
