Problems with reskinning Missions Head

I was working on a DS transition for Mission and edited her head texture only and this was the result. http://home.comcast.net/~roy.greenwood/Kotor1/Mission_DS.jpg)

All I did was edit her head (her leku is using part of her eye texture) and the head does not look right is there a special technique with missions head to look right?

Ok I extracted the tpc with the .txi which has

clamp 3

and named the txi the same as my tga

But it is still the same anyone who has edited missions head could help me

Another update I renamed my ds transition to the normal mission texture name and here is the result

So my question is looks like it has to do with the mission head model has anyone ever been able to successfully accomplish a mission ds transition or is it impossible.

After looking at some things (I even tried reskinning her underwear and doing that as ds and did not work or fix it) I am leaning toward not possible unless somebody has found a way to do it.
