SOE have tried their best with this chapter to combat the credit spammers that are seen throughout the galaxy.

During the maintenance period on Tuesday, July 3, all U.S. and European galaxies were taken down for server maintenance and a live update.

Free Trial Accounts:

Removed free trial restrictions stopping players from leaving Tansarii Station
Removed free trial restrictions that caused free trials to warp back to Tansarii Station
Retained all old restrictions to trial accounts and added additional restrictions:
Cannot create player associations
Cannot lead a player association
Cannot exceed level 25
Cannot use an ad barker droid
Cannot place structures
Cannot have more than 50,000 credits
Cannot own structures
Cannot create a vendor
Cannot use an incubator

Chat:

Free trial accounts are now limited to 400 characters of combined spatial and non-spatial chat every 15 minutes. /tell and group chat are excluded from this limit. This is a per character restriction. If you attempt to chat when you are past the limit, a system message will be periodically displayed telling you that you have reached the limit, and how long before you can chat again

well that is pretty cool about the spatial thing, so less of those credit farm spammers (tho all they ever spam at is in mos eisley, which is odd...too bad ents don't go and dance at theed, coronet, and dantooine mo like they used to :( )
