To sum it up: I've added the mod (by SuperSquall) where I can skip the Peragus part via the first two consoles you encounter on that world (boring stage anyway). Once I got past the part with the imprisonment on Telos and all that, I used KSE to add some XP. I had previously given myself a couple of lightsabers and a dark Jedi Master robe. I then leveled up to lvl 15, and
mow I'm running around on Citadel Station and of course I ran into some Czerka thugs whom I wish to kill. Just one problem: I can't kill them. No matter if I use flurry, critical strike or power attack, I just get "miss" everytime. EVERYTIME. The most useful Force power I have at the moment is Force lightning, and that doesn't to too much damage either. I could just go up to lvl 50 right away and squash them like bugs, but I should be able to at least give these guys a scratch or two at this level. As I said, I have applied the "skip Peragus" mod and also made some changes with KSE, could this be the root of this problem? I encountered a few droids on Peragus during my short stay there and I destroyed them easily, and I also battled "Batu Rem" on Citadel Station and he didn't stand a chance either. But now, all of a sudden, after leveling a bit more, I can't make any damage with any weapon whatsoever. Why?

That's likely the problem, actually. Almost all opponents get more powerful the higher level your character is, since the stats of opponents get automatically adjusted depending on the level of the main character.

So if you level up too quickly without getting decent equipment you will have a hard time to defeat most enemies. Their character level, Health, Saves, Defense and weapon damage increases every time you level up, so the game does not necessarily become easier the higher level you are. :)

Good point. But shouldn't I at least be able to do a little damage? As it is now, all NPCs are nearly invincible.

Instead of XP, you give yourself monstrous attributes. I think it would be more of the effect you're looking for.

Alright, say that I give myself high attributes and all the useful feats and lots of Force powers and so on and so forth... What would happen if I were to "run out" of Force powers and feats to select as the game progresses and I keep leveling? Is the game capabel of accepting that I've already added all the powers available, or would it start complaining about me still having one more power to choose?
Also, to fix the problem I have, do you recommend I lower my level again or what?

The game does accept if you have all possible feats and/or powers. If there are no selectable powers during level-up, the game just throws away the extra point.

... which worked well enough, except for one thing:
I changed the attributes of a couple of characters and they got more Force powers and more feats and higher skills, and they also got higher vitality and Force points. Fair enough, except that this did not happen to one of my characters: the Exile. He/I is as skilled as he/I can be, except that he/I has lower vitality and less Force points than the others. Atton and Bao-Dur has a vitaly which exceeds 900, and their number of Force points is over 600. The Exile, however, has only about 300 vitality and 150 Force points (can't remembers the numbers exactly, but it's somewhere around there), being a level 15 Jedi Guardian+level 7 Sith Marauder. I've made the exact same changes to all my characters, and yet it did not work out as well for the Exile. Why?
