Is the starmap a placeable? If it is, what is its tag?

Erm...plc_starmap.utp, If I recall, but be careful with the scripts applied to it...Some of the activation scripts have additional functions AFAIK which you may not want, but there is a specific activation function in nwscript.nss . If you use the search function on it for "starmap" (without quotes) you should find it.
