I've spend many hours trying to find out the right set and the right play but nothing is working! so far the plays i have are:
• the mail man one
• the night one
• and the floating cloud one
please help!

There are walkthroughs you can find on the internet that will give you the step-by-step process of getting up to the catwalks.
The last play you will find, "Goodbye Hagatha Home", is the play that has the hot air balloon that Raz needs to get up to the catwalks. It needs to be performed on the (evil) set that has the bars you can swing on (they have skulls on the end of the bars) to eventually swing up to the top to access the hot air balloon.
