JA+ GLA Animations

I have a problem.
There's two animations that seem to show the same thing, two people spreading their arms apart and legs, and it stays like that for 5-30 seconds or so.

And the new impale attack (Force pull and attack)

I have installed all files correctly, even loaded the JA+ mod. However, they just don't seem to work!

Do you have a stance mod that might be conflicting with the JA+ animations file?

Yes, I do. I've taken that out.
HOWEVER....
When I did, it worked. Problem was... Everything wasn't what it seemed like ti was suppose to. The new impale attack didn't even look like it, and /amkiss looks like my guy just diving at the other guy.
