In recent news, I just saw I man get arrested in front of my house. There was a copter with a spotlight and 5 policecars. And this has been the 3 time a spotlight has hovered above my house. I can now proudly say I live in teh ghetto.
You can't post on the internet and live in the ghetto.
O RLY? I used to think that too, but have you forgotten of Caliweirdness? Apperantly, if you live in the slums you cant rock the Nike's since you need to buy food, but even in the poorest parts of LA you will find people (even young kids) doing just that.
There was also a murder across the street many years back too.
You can say that last part about nearly any building in a major city. Also wtf people rockin' Nikes, that has nothing to do with this.
You'd think someone struggling with money would not shell out for 60-70 $ shoes, yet they do, so its' only reasonable that they could live somewhere bad and still have a net connection. And while I may live in what msny other kidz have called the ghetto, it isn't 'major city'. The murder wasn't gang-related, it was a gun-knife combo, and probably more knife than gun for there was a lot of blood on the walls and carpet. I didn't know about it for so long, but I overheard my parents and the people that currently lived there talking about, and I'd been visiting that house for years and continued to do so even after overhearing.
I used to live in the ghetto without internet.

There was a chemical spill in a nearby town a few months ago. Like a WWI attack with chlorine gas.

In other news ... the city has completely decimated the crack house a block away from my home, 2 kids have been run over by hit and runs in front of my school in the past 3-4 months, and a kid broke/dislocated his knee at school friday.

Last month, Our 7 foot basketball star Kenny Frease, got sucker punched at a basketball game. It was all over local and state news and this was the only artical I could find on it. (
