Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords

It is a perilous time for the galaxy. A brutal civil war, known as the JEDI CIVIL WAR has all but destroyed the JEDI ORDER, leaving the ailing REPUBLIC on the verge of collapse. The REPUBLIC ADMIRAL, CARTH ONASI is concerned about his old partner, REVAN, a JEDI KNIGHT who is still missing after leaving for the UNKNOWN REGIONS.

Amid the turmoil, the evil SITH have spread across the galaxy, hunting down and destroying the remaining JEDI KNIGHTS. Two SITH LORDS, DARTH SION and DARTH NIHILUS have gone their separate ways, since they exiled their master, DARTH TRAYA and both of them are after the last JEDI, the JEDI EXILE, SERA TANA.

Narrowly escaping a deadly SITH ambush, aboard the Republic cruiser, the HARBINGER Sera clings to life aboard a battered freighter near the ravaged world of PERAGUS and Sion plans to land inside the PERAGUS MINING FACILITY, waiting for Sera and an old master...

Story Overview

Hello and welcome to the RP version of Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords. Yes, this is the same KOTOR II - TSL as the game. The only difference is this will hopefully be longer and better than the game. The plot will remain the same, except for several differences, like both Brianna and Mical will join the party and GO-TO will remain as the crime lord of Nar Shaddaa. This will star my normal light sided female Jedi Exile, Sera Tana, so the game will be a light side ending. All the Ebon Hawk crew shall remain the same, except for GO-TO being kicked out, but new characters can exist here, except they won’t be part of the main plot. All the planets will remain the same, but some characters can join at different times, so for example, HK-47 will join the party on Peragus, although I don’t want every party member to join straight away. The maximum characters you can have are five, since the Ebon Hawk crew needs to be taken for the RP to start and both Sion and Nihilus will also need to be chosen. Please join and enjoy.

Bio: Vorren was found on Dantooine by the Dassard family. His real parentage is unknown. He joine the Jedi when he was 3, and his first master was Zhar Lestin. Vorren lived at the Enclave for 11 years, then, after developing his unusually natural skill enough, was transferred to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Master Lonna Vash then trained Vorren until 3,956 BBY when he was called up by Master Vandar to participate in the attack on the Star Forge, where he was captured by the Sith. During their retreat, the Sith took him back to the Sith Academy on Korriban, but he did not stay long. After a few months of interrogation, Vorren was able to escape while the Sith were busy fighting a civil war. He fled to Dantooine expecting to return to the Enclave, but when he found it destroyed, he requested shelter in the nearby Khoonda Estate. Bio: For most of the Jedi Civil War, Monty Borat was a talented young padawan. He was a polite, inquiring person who was always honest with himself. However towards the end of the Jedi Civil War, he was captured by the Sith, and he turned to the dark side, willingly.

Why? Who knows? He just popped like a balloon. He was no longer concerned about letting his emotions cloud his judgment. He was no longer concerned about the dangers of using the power of the dark side. He was no longer concerned about the safety of innocent people. He just…snapped. He could no longer resist the lure of the dark side that had been calling to him for years.

All of a sudden, he wanted to become this uber powerful Dark Lord, who could do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. When the Sith Order on Korriban turned on themselves after Darth Malak's death and the destruction of the Star Forge, Monty was one of the Sith that escaped to Malachor V, where he became apprentice to Darth Sion, Lord of Pain.

He is helping the Sith hunt down and destroy the remaining Jedi. Monty has vowed to find and kill one Jedi Knight in particular, his arch-rival from his Jedi training days on Dantooine, Vorren Dassard.


Is this okay Pottsie? Now, I can write decent dialogue and can write good main plots, but I’ve never been good at going into the small, flamboyant and eloquent details that you see in many stories. I’ll try though.

What I was planning to do was set up a confrontation between my character and EagerWeasel’s on Dantooine. But we’ll see how all this unfolds. You’re the boss of this Pottsie, so I’ll only do what you allow me to do. I’m not really sure how these RP’s work exactly, but I know to follow the rules you've already set, so that's a start.

The odd thing is, when I was reading the first part of your bio and you said that your character was a padawan during the JCW and was captured by the Sith, I was thinkin we could fit that in to where we were like best friends when you were a Jedi. Maybe we could both be captured on the Star Forge and we try to escape Korriban together, but you get captured again and I have to leave alone. And while your there alone, that's when you turn to the dark side.

That's a great idea. Actually, how are we going to decide who will win the battle between our characters? Well, I don't mind if your character defeats mine, but I'm not exactly sure how we're going to do this. Maybe we should discuss it via PM? Maybe our characters could fight to a draw? I escape but get killed by someone else. What do you think?

Pottsie, there should be a sixth rule. Don’t kill off any one else’s character unless you are given permission via PM from the controller of that character to do that, or unless that is what actually happens in the official plot of TSL. The reason why I bring this up is because I don’t want my character to be killed off before the lightsaber duel me and EagerWeasel have set up with our characters.
