I usually let Sunry off the hook. I hate doing it, because he's as guilty as can be, yet the Republic will suffer otherwise. I like that the game was brave enough to not make this issue black and white. Are you going to go where justice leads you and let Sunry suffer his just punishment with all the fallout consequences that will have for the Republic, or will you let him off the hook to serve the greater goal of the Republic's interests.

I usually go with the latter, although I feel mightily inclined to do some invasive surgery on Sunry with my lightsaber... But no, "there is no emotion, there is peace..." ;)
