[TSL] Making armor upgradable

I've been trying to create a new armor based on the slave outfit. Skinning and setting the properties is not the problem, I want to have the ability to upgrade it with under- and overlays.
Did I miss something or is it just not possible to make it upgradable?

Thanks for the quick reply but .....
I increased the upgrade value and still nothing happens. Still not upgradable. I'm afraid I need to manipulate upgrade.2da aswell but I don't know what to change or add.

Did you spawn a new dancer uniform? Once an item gets spawned (created) then any changes to the .uti file thereafter won't take effect since the game saves the item's information within the savegame file (ignoring the override altogether)...
