Where should I look if I want to edit the speed at which feats are gained?

I believe it should be featgain.2da. I've never messed around with feats, but I know there are several people here who have. Even at a cursory glance, though, it seems to be arranged by shorthand for each class with regular feats plus bonus feats (correct me if I'm wrong, resident experts) and it seems to start off with basic classes, then the Jedi classes. I'm basing this off of K1, but K2 is very similar, just obviously more expansive due to the extra classes.
